Great job you guys, keep up the good work. You really broke down all that footage into easy, fun chunks and edited it all together well. You also through in your own sense of humor which was awesome.
Awesome. I loved the opening and closing with your conversation and the cutaway (B-roll) stuff. It was “tight”. I thought it was interesting how the criticisms people have about “being in each others business” is similar to any smaller community like. Music was great too.
I really like how you guys open the video with walking down the street and setting up the context for asking the people questions. It seemed really strange to me that people would have a problem with thier business being known by everyone else––I have never really experienced that much, being from a big city and no one is really close to their neighbors in my neighborhood.
Wad Up Yall!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the skill you all showed throughout this video. You guys asked the questions in such a professional manner that the people were able to give you really good responses that could be interested the viewers!!!
Well done. I really enjoyed the way this video was done. The interviews are interesting they are edited together very well. Also, i found it very informative.
This is a wonderful and intersting video! I liked the way you ended it with clips of people living their typical life in Barbados and the places where you shoot video because it shows a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The film had a very fun style to it. I found it interesting how there was a very similar answer for what people liked and different answers for what people didn’t. The transitions between scenes were really cool too.
Well Done, the video was great. The interviews gave me a better insight on the lives of the people in Barbados. The video was shot really well and the intro of the video was cool with the little conversation between the two interviewers. Good job keep it up.
I love your video from beginning to end. I love your transitions from one aspect of Barbados (the things the people like about Barbados) to another (the things the people don’t like about Barbados.) I also like how you focused on some of the people on a particular question like the man on the street with the sunglasses, the restaurant man, etc. I learned more than I ever knew about Barbados. I like how showed how the people of Barbados feel about the island that it is not always paradise because it is expensive and people know about your business. Don’t worry, there are some nosy people here in Chicago like my cousin. Great Video.
Hey Alana and Carlos! This video was done very well, good job! I thought the people from Barbados had many good things to say. I desperately want to visit this “Paradise” they all speak of. It’s unfortunate to hear about the crime rates and other problems that exist. When the tourists come they just stay for a short while and they would never know what goes on beyond the beaches. I think every person that comes to Barbados on vacation should watch this video and understand the great importance in learning about the country and its people before they visit it.
You really did step up your creativity over there in Barabados! I liked the transitions and the beginning with the moving picture. Everything was done well. Keep up the work.
