Placebo, Running Up That Hill
An example of participatory media or commons-based peer production, this is a fan-made music video. Each person in the video shot and uploaded their video to motionbox.com. They gave all the footage to a couple of editors who combined it into this! We want to try to do something like this - constructing a video poem that we collaboratively shoot and edit together in virtual space.

hey. im a Placebo fan but sucks that they chose people who all looked somewhat similar for this video. i mean who realy did the picking and chosing throught the clips they go. ( keeping it real ) but i was kinda expecting to see more contrasts popping up here and there and it didnt happen.otherwise was a cool Idea definately. its one of the rarer times the video directly and simply relate to the song itself
